So I sold a item and the post office lost it so I refunded the buyer and then I contacted the post office so I could open a claim to get my money back just to find out the buyer already opened a claim and got paid from them so I couldn't open the claim with them so she got refunded twice so now how do I get my money back because she is not responding to my messages will eBay help me get my money back thanks

I would proceed with your claim with the USPS.

The claim (and refund) should have been filed by you, the shipper.

I think someone screwed up by refunding the buyer.
