general campaign strategy

Hello , I want to start a general campaign strategy for my listing , but I cant start tell ! all what I  find Just an explanation about these topic but I cant start the campaign ! there is no button to start ! how can I start ?!!

New sellers need to establish a sales history before they are allowed to use advertising.

Thanks very much for your answer , but you mean by selling history is to sell other item to build a history automatically by default  , or there is a procedure to do it ?

Sales history means you have to establish yourself as a seller. Having a sale for one item isn't going to do it. It takes months of selling. 
Why do you have a store? You only have 4 items listed. Having a store will not increase your monthly selling limits.

so what is the problem to have a store ? If I am not mistaken I think its a good step to have a store I am right ?

The  problem with YOU having a Store is that you are paying for a subscription fee for a service you are not actually using or benefiting from.

If you were running 2 - 300 listings or more or were selling at least a couple of thousand Dollars every month a Store would absolutely make sense.

Paying for a store subscription is ok, once you can list and sell enough items to make it worth it.
