for all those who did not pass the verification process, here is what I went through

the Ebay username ciscuitmcbiscuit was never reinstated after I failed their verification process. Once they cut ties with you, that is it, it is final. Also, Ebay still owes me money which they claim I have to go through an escheatment process--- it has almost been 1 year and they still did not put the money into the governments account where one has to go and claim their money. I may never get my money is the way it looks. They cut me off right after I made a nice sale so the money was frozen.

I still have no idea why they cut me off-- I sent them all the docs they needed--IDs, bank account, etc. and what gets me is that for months, ciscuitmcbiscuit was making money, making sales, then all of a sudden I am cut off, viewed as dangerous to conduct business on Ebay-- go figure. Maybe someone else can give you more positive news.

When was the last sale on that account?

fail of verification can be due to the names and addy not being exactly the same as in dots case etc.

In other words unable to verify who you are.

Second part of fail is bad practices of selling such as cancellations, having to refund users for not as described (metrics falling to far.)

If you have not received you money in the times you say: that I would advise seeking legal advice on. Note: make sure such reads the user agreements for eBay and managed payments.  In other words you may need to do the arbitration method to get your money.

 So suggest contacting your states legal departments as well: not sure that would do any good but some suggest it...

What part of the process failed? Did it pass with the new ID?

no matter what i did, sent ebay the current I.D., sent ebay all the bank info, my correct address/phone number etc., once ebay made up their mind i was some kind of a criminal (and for what reason i will never know) they said i was a risk to other ebay buyers and had to remove me and all my 250 listings from their site-- I was never able to come back to ebay even though I did nothing wrong
