I cancel a order but I didn't get my final value fees.

This is item number 272367024647.

Firstly I refund full amount from Paypal then I try to cancel from ebay but I am unsuccesful.

Please advise me .

I tried to bring up that number and nothing comes up.

When was the item sold?

When the buyer did not pay, did you file non payment as that is how ebay is alerted to refund your fees. And you only have a limited amount of time to do it.

Looks like the buyer paid because OP said he refunded. Not sure the reason for the cancellation tho.
