Not speaking for the PO... but I have experienced an issue leaving feedback on a few recently- received orders. When I attempt to leave feedback a red banner pops up stating that ( I'm paraphrasing) I cannot leave feedback because "feedback can no longer be left for this item, please leave feedback for another purchase".
Perhaps that is their issue as well? Only guessing, as their post leaves a lot up to interpretation
