hi all buyers. I am seller here and i get all great feedback, as I always try to get the best shipping price-pack my item very good and ship as soon as possible usually next day when paid. my problem is that  I cannot reply to feedback buyer give me, when I try I do not get a ''positive'' box to check off. I try to contact E-Bay by phone but they do not take calls. I been a seller for over 20 years. I know buyers like  a good feedback but sorry for now until I can find a way to have E-Bay fix my feedback setting

There is no "positive" box to check off.

You can only leave positive Feedback.  If you are a Seller, you just leave your Buyer feedback.
