First, this isn't customer service, we are all members like you.

Second, negative feedback is the risk you take when you lie and say the item is in the USA when it's clearly not. You've got negative feedback ranging from slow delivery, to wrong address, to dirty and stinky items. You need to get control over all those things asap or negative feedback is going to be the least of your worries

This is a member to member board.  While I understand your desire to have the negative feedback removed, there is no rule in which would cover it getting removed.  In other words, it isn't something Ebay would do.

Your account has some significant issues.  You need to pay attention to that and fix those issues the best you can as quickly as you can before Ebay imposes some sanctions on your account.
