feedback how to leave once received?

I cannot find a way to leave positive feedback once it is received...Seems the feedback option disappears for the item once the Buyer has left positive feedback...I found how to leave automatic feedback for paid purchases with positive feedback so hopefully it is fixed in the future...but i cannot find away to leave positive feedback for items once the buyer has already left the feedback on their side...please help

You can also access "Leave Feedback" from your "Paid & Shipped" page listing.

The drop down options box to the left of the title...usually, the first option is leave feedback.
