Is EBAY  taking your feedback away because you have no sales ? how can you have sales when EBAY  is showing the items that they want to sell?? I had 100% sales  from  year  2001 till last month when  EBAY started to deduct  feedback that I earned  before now its down to 95% at this rate I will have no feedback that tells people to trust me so why should we sell on EBAY if they won't give you credit for what you have done in  the pass?????>???whos bright idea was this and I bet they are getting a fat . paycheck

This is not the correct forum for this rant.

Feedback percentages are based on feedback from the last 12 months - the negative you received last year is dragging it down under 95%.

The "How is Feedback percentage calculated?" help popup under your feedback percentage on your feedback page explains that.

Your feedback percentage is 94.7% because of the 1 negative you received during the past 12 months. The negative brought your percentage down.

All of the past feedback you have received is still there it just doesn't count. Feedback ratings for transactions that ended in the last 12 months are what counts.

You have posted this thread before, asking the same questions and having the same concerns.  On the other thread you were given the answer as to why you see these changes.  Those answers aren't going to change.

Your FB percentage is driven by the last 12 fiscal months.  The numbers may change daily as older dates drop off and newer dates are added.

Ebay did NOT just start to deduct FB from you.  Transactions 12 months and 1 day old will drop off.  Today your FB percentage is representative of the numbers from 2/15/18 to 2/14/19.  Tomorrow it will be 2/16/18 to 2/15/19.  Etc. Etc.

When I look at your FB page, you have 1299 lifetime FB  But only 19 of those are in the past 12 months.

If you want to see your total number for FB, look on the left side of your FB screen, just above where the individual FBs start to show.

I feel your frustration and understand you want a higher feedback percentage.

But a negative drags down your percentage.  Sales and good feedback will dilute the effect of that, so I hope your sales improve.  Otherwise, after time, that neg will roll off.
