Regarding Invoice Fees, Credits, and Invoices SR # 1-275870140406. Product tax:
I am a regular and satisfied user of your site until recently. I recently started selling, I thought your site was fair and honest and works for the benefit of the customers but I am very disappointed now. I'm sorry to complain about your site I feel it's really cheating and I do not intend to remain silent about it. As you understand my English is not a native language so there were probably verbal issues between us. It was not done on purpose. 1. Even so, I did not sell the device. 2. You did not lose anything of value. 3. As soon as I knew the thing, I turned to you. Hundreds of dollars !!! I ask before we get to unpleasant places for both parties. Cancel these charges for me. Even so, this amount is almost equal to the sale price. This is absurd !! I also did not sell the product and I also have to pay such a commission ?! I'm convinced you understood the point. When your item sells, but the winner does not pay, you need to start an Unpaid Item Dispute to get a Final Value Fees credit. Otherwise, you owe the entire FVF amount.

You did sell the item, you just didn't get paid.
You are charged the fee's as soon as the item sells, even if you don't get paid for it.
Unless you open a UPI, Ebay has no idea if you got paid or not.
Open a UPI after 48 hours and close it 96 hours later to get your fee's refunded.

If it's not been too long, you can open an unpaid item case. If it's been too long, you may be able to get some help by contacting CS by phone or social media.

I take it you had an item listed on your name that was not yours, (Hijacked account)???
Item sold and of course you did not get payed for it??
If so keep trying customer support to get this corrected.
