What are or is "electrocs"?

Sellers receiving empty envelopes or boxes from buyers happens from time to time during the return process.  If you are asking if you are the only seller to experience this, the answer is no.

It looks like you sell fishing lures and knives. It's possible the item being returned wasn't secured well in the packaging and fell out in transit.
