i contacted the buyer that the item was no longer for sale and tried to cancel the item all together i have a card on file to send the money back even though the funds are still on hold till the 12th because im a new seller and ebay wouldnt let me cancel it which is **bleep** and unfair and they cancelled my cancellation to let a dispute happen i hope they close this account either ebay is stupid or too money hungry to realize an item isn't for sale anymore give the man back his money its just sitting there

You sold one item at the end of November, to one bidder for the starting price of $85! When listing on auction, you need to start at the minimum price you would like to get, unless you have a reserve price. You owe the buyer that item. eBay and buyers esp, takes a dim view of sellers who cancel a sale because they started too low and did not get the price they wanted.
If you were able to cancel the sale, eBay might still charge you FVF etc, to them, it would look like you may have been using their platform to find a buyer and took the sale off eBay when you found one.
How would you feel if you found a great deal, and the seller did the same thing to you?

If the item was no longer for sale, why did you let the auction run?

My guess would be, the OP did not like the ending price.

Note the OP says "buyer" not "with a bid" or anything about trying to end the auction early.
