There seems to be a problem with messaging now.  I submitted a Best Offer on an item but decided to just buy it outright.  I got the usual offer declined message, then received a How badly did you want this? message, and a day after that, a message my offer expired (?) and another message, Sorry you didn't get whatever, we have some other ideas.

I had already bought the item two days before.

Lately ebay's right hand and left hand seem to be on two separate bodies. Whether or not there is a brain connected to either body remains to be seen. 

I messaged a seller the other day about an item, and within an hour, when I re-opened my watch list it said the listing was ended. The seller had responded by then and I asked if it had sold, to which they repied No. I sent them a screen shot, showing ENDED just above the title on my watch list, and they freaked out.  Turns out it was yet another glitch, that could cause loss of sales.
