ebay sent me a message with a promotion for 100 free listings the other day and now its gone

I received an email from ebay for a 100 free listings for the end of January right now, I activated the offer and now can not see the message anymore to see when it ends  I have been on the phone with ebay for 35 minutes and the woman barely speaks english and thought I meant 103 free listings and spend 20 minutes looking for it only to tell me there is no such offer, I repeated 100 not free several times!!! Now she has me on hold while she notes the acct to transfer me to Promotions  This is ridiculous, anyone else having this problem?

Never had this problem!

You should be able to see the pertinent details in the Promo Section of My eBay or the Hub.

Mine is still in Promotional section however I never did get an ebay message via my ebay message box.

As noted, you should be able to see the counter and details for all offers in your "All selling" section in My eBay.  I got an offer that ends tmorrow, but your dates might be different.
