ebay had been removing my items and suspending me, first 3 days, then a week, now a month. all of the items being removed are adidas yeezy shoes, and some of them were purchased directly from adidas, and i am sure that ALL of them are authentic. i have called ebay and they offer no help at all. they wont even give me any solutions other than to not list those items which is not really an option for me. what can/should i do. i just want to list my authentic items. any advice is appreciated.

As the other poster responded, you do not have another option but to not list them anymore.
For some reason these items were flagged. If you continue to list them, you will be indefinitely suspended and there is no coming back from it.
If you must list them, I suggest another venue like CL.

Here is what the eBay user agreement says:
"We reserve the right to refuse or terminate all or part of our Services to anyone for any reason at our discretion."
eBay has repeatedly taken your yeezy shoe listings down. eBay has repeatedly suspended you for yeezy shoe listings. They have told you there no solution other than not listing them.
You can lead a horse to water, but you can't force him to drink.

This happens to be ebay's website. If they say that you can't list them, you have nothing to say to it but 'okay'.
It doesn't matter if they are real or not or if you have other options. ebay has the final say in the matter - good bad or indifferent.

"i am sure that ALL of them are authentic."
Not good enough. You must know for a fact they are ALL authentic.

i just had my vintage gucci parfum removed and when i called i asked how in the heck can i show you a reciept for an item which was purchased 20 years ago i told the lady does she have all of her reciepts laying around from 20 years ago? this place is becoming a police state i pay 300.00 a month in ebay fee's and have been selling here since they started on my dads antique site. how in the heck can they determine what is authentic and not when i am an expert collecting fragrances which i have been doing for 40 years. how can they even tell of the millions of items which are real or not, i am beyond frustrated with items i see that are truly fake that allowed being sold here. i think they just want to allow the chine junk to be sold in the masses instead of the place to go for hard to find rare items.

You are in ebay's playground, they make the rules and whatever decision they make is final. No ands, ifs, or buts. If you try to list the shoes again, it will be your last time.

Firstly - as everyone here has said - do NOT relist items that have been pulled by VERO or Trust & Safety WITHOUT fixing the issue and getting an email FROM VERO that they are satisfied with what ever agreement you came to with them.
If you continue to list these (or other items) that eBay has an issue with (for what ever reason), they will continue to delist your items, then suspend you, then ban you outright (by your IP so you cant create a new account and do this all over again).
Why does this happen? eBay (on some level) is responsible (based on various copyright/trademark and DMCA laws) to protect a brand owners intellectual property (pictures, items, music, etc) , and the VERO dept was created to do JUST THAT.
VERO itself doesnt create these removal orders, the brand owners do, and eBay follows through, regardless of who you are, what you know, who you know, how you know it and how hot your gf/bf is. NONE of that is important to eBay, what IS important - is that eBay does NOT get sued by the brand in question, PERIOD. To insure that they dont, they MUST remove the item(s) in question or THEY become liable in contributing to the "infringement". eBay will NOT risk its multibillion dollar company for ANYONE elses - its just that simple.
Some brands are more "zealous" then others. Some have entire departments that are devoted to tracking items online (various selling places) and they make sure to protect their brand image. eBay (being the #2 online selling platform) is one of the places these brands go to look for people who may be damaging their brand(s) by selling questionable items. Again, none of it is personal - its simply business.
Where to go from here .... In the email you received it tells you how to contact the rights owner and gives you their contact email. Email them, discuss it with them, show them your proof (credit card reciept from a store etc) and see what they say to you.
If what you say is legit (and Im not saying its not) then they *MAY* agree with you and recind the complaint. In THAT CASE they will contact eBay and when VERO emails you an "alls clear email" you can go ahead and relist it.
What do to if they DONT agree with you and wont recind thier demand(s). Well ... the question becomes "how much is this all worth to you, and what kind of fight - level- do you want to take it to"?
If these are expensive items and you have valid proof - get a lawyers letter. VERO will respond to it since once an accredited lawyer takes responsibility, the "onus" is off eBay.
Some brands dont want you selling their items on eBay - real OR fake - and a lawyers letter, verifiying that the items are legit is one way to get them to "pay attention".
Of course the associated costs may be more then what they are worth and then it wouldnt be worth it.
DONT try any short cuts, eBay doesnt triffle with these issues, nor should they. There are the proper options to handle issues like this, and of course you can ALWAYS call eBays CS agents and discuss it with them.
Relist with out resolution = suspension or banned account!

Even though E Bay rarely ever takes action against fakes here, you are no longer selling authentic Adidas on FeeBay. Sorry this happened to you. Probably a competitor or someone who didn't get enough hugs from Mommy and Daddy.

As has been said, eBay's site, they make the rules.
You are extremely fortunate in surviving three take down attempts. Your next attempt to sell, should you try that, could very well result in your selling privileges being revoked. IOW, permanent suspension.

Sorry but they have decided that your items are counterfeit, judging by the pulling of your listings three times.
They have been generous in giving you three times. Next time, you may find that you have run out of luck.

Dont even think of listing those items again because you will be permanently banned. You have to be an authorized seller for some brands. Find something else to sell. Nothing can be done. Some brands are VERO protected. Find something else to sell. Also , you can't list something if you think it's original. You have to be 100% sure.

I understand.
I've read the speeding analogy many times, as you probably have as well.
Everyone is speeding, but you are the one who was caught.
