In November I received a request from ebay to verify my financial information. I did verify that it was correct 6 times. They stated my account listings and payments would be reactivated upon completion and acceptance. They further asked for my SS # which I did not give because they supposidly already have. Ebay is still holding my payment and not reinstating my account. Have tried for days, since December 1st to get answers as to why - nothing. Just keep asking for the same information I have already given and more. Has anyone else experienced this? Does anyone have the secret/magic number to talk to someone in person?
I really need resolution to continue my income source.

"They further asked for my SS # which I did not give..."
^^^ That's the only thing that sticks out to me. I agree to reach out beginning with a message on the eBay fb page.

If they are not responding to your emails or messages I would suggest contacting eBay through the Facebook connection. These people seem to know how eBay works and in some cases have the authority to make changes.
In the mean time you may want to explore other selling venues to restore your income flow.

All sellers must provide CHECKING ACCOUNT (routing# ONLY) and social security# (for tax purposes). Name on your checking account, social security card and EBAY profile need to be EXACT MATCH. Must be your legal name only (no nicknames allowed).
If they asked for your social security number (just provide it again). You need to provide all the information they asked for.
