My account was blocked/suspended this past wednesday (7/21) for unpaid balance. This is weird in that the linked account (to pay my fees) has been doing it fine for 15+ years). In any case, I added a new card info, and paid the balance one-time. I have confirmation messages from ebay of this payment (plus a recognized $0 balance in seller hub) and even my bank has confirmed the transaction from their end.
But I'm still blocked. More frustrating, I can't reach ebay AT ALL (no phone, no online chat, NOTHING!) to find out what's wrong.
Any help or advice to resolve??

Looks resolved.... Your account does not look blocked to me, your listings are up and live.

Try reaching out to eBay for Business on Facebook, send them private message with information
Also you can try eBay for Business on Twitter, many claim more successful on Facebook

Maybe was just slow to process the payment/connect the dots?

problem was I couldn’t update or add listings. But it got resolved earlier today anyway, so all good.
