i transport listing from USA site to Italy site. but international shipping does not show. Please advise me how to proceed.

if you want to enable international shipping for your listings at ebay.it , go to the "Business Policy" at italy ebay site (I'll put the link down below):

https://www.bizpolicy.ebay.it/businesspolicy/policyoptin

There you will find the "Shipping policy" > click "Edit" > Then enable "International shipping" > click "Save"

*Note: ebay.it is in italian language, you need to translate the pages there.

As you have to make proper new shipping for the italy listing. Although both are the same but you have to configured it properly with that site also. As one of my friend recently shifted his listing to another country store so he did the same for it.
