You have a very nice shop and you seem to be doing well. The seller school can give you an advantage to becoming a better seller and can also give you insight to the rules, policies, etc. that ebay requires.   Good luck should you choose to enroll.

You need to be aware of the rules before you list because apparently you don't  know them, and you're breaking one that will get you suspended. 

Your buyers cannot pay for an item with Payoneer.  Well, they can if you give them your email address on Payoneer but that's not allowed. A buyer is not to put money directly in your Payoneer account. Payoneer is only for eBay to deposit  the proceeds of your buyer payments that eBay collects. Buyers pay on eBay using a  variety of payments and you have no idea what method they use.  

Also saying you only ship to their Payoneer address is wrong. You only ship to their eBay address.

You need to remove those Payoneer  instructions from all your listings before you get suspended.

And hours later the OP has made no effort to remove that Payoneer carp from their listings. I guess they're begging for us to report their listings.  Feel free. I know I am.  I just wish I could report the seller instead of each listing because that's a big job since they have identical listings.

Maybe someone could tag a blue and have them speed up the process.

Honesty is all knowing. A persons definition of honesty must be a learned action. If your society that provided your up bringing up is different then you know nothing of it in the western world. If you do not understand the rules provided, then you should not list anything until you do understand fully. Hook up your payment account with eBay. Read conditions and rules fully, understand them. I am not promising anything, as I do not speak for management, but maybe you could sell on eBay if you try hard.

You said we only accept payment by eBay manage payment.  You should remove the words 'manage payment.'

Managed payments is how eBay pays you.  Buyers have nothing to do with how eBay is managing your payouts.

You should say payment by eBay only.

In fact, you do not need to tell the buyer you only accept payments by eBay. eBay has the methods of payments in the listing. Buyers know how to pay after they win and do not need payment  instructions. 

Other than that one little thing your listings look great and you should do well!

In addition to eBay's rules, be sure to follow all of you country's laws.  I believe that Sri Lanka has some specific ones with regard to selling internationally.
