I am beyond enraged. I get a message about 5-10 minutes after I UPDATED pricing on some of my listings that they charged me to list back in late May/early June. So, yes, they were up THAT long and only my updating the pricing of these listings did they remove them. They claimed they were against their policies when in fact they are NOT. I had listed Hand guards, mag releases, trigger guards, lower accessories, etc. These ARE allowed by eBay policies. I have even attached an image of where they charged me for these items and of their policies. Apparently they can't even a bid by their own policies!
How can I contact them through chat or email?

Not easily ... but, there is customer service that interacts through Facebook messaging.

But, let me write something you likely don't want to hear.
Most removals are done by software robots, and not a human - they are based on patterns and rules and filters. You can have an eBay employee agree that the listing is OK and even seem to give you permission to relist, but UNLESS the programming for the software robot is changed, your listing could be removed again ... and multiple removals means eBay suspensions, and suspensions mean suppression of an account.
Thus, veteran sellers will typically recommend is that you don't relist on eBay anything that the robots remove. Anger will not help ... it is just one of those unfortunate realities of selling on eBay.

eBay removed items that WAS NOT AGAINST POLICY
The eBay user agreement says that they can remove any listing by any seller at any time for any reason. You agreed to this when you listed your item:
"Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse, modify, or terminate all or part of our Services to anyone for any reason at our discretion."

I understand what you're saying, but that does not really explain why my listing was allowed to be up, including selling a few items, to only be removed after I updated the pricing on the listing. I have done this three times already to get more to sell; only third time was it removed. They have been up since late May.
I can't answer that with anything other than speculation. Perhaps eBay changed some filters recently, and they check all listings only when they are created or modified.
eBay seems to be quite aggressive with compliance in the firearms area.

ebay fails to always recognize & uphold it's own policies.

It's important to be aware of where you post a question on Ebay’s Facebook page. A comment on one of Ebay’s marketing posts won't be answered, but comments posted directly on Ebay’s page will.

@countrybeauty90, it appears that the listing that was removed may have been a variations listing.
The problem may have been that the title did not "clearly identify the part or accessory being sold".
