1 customer bought two listings, presumably paid shipping on each since I use BIN with no combined shipping. Each listing needs to go in a separate box because they can not be safely packed together. The payment/listings now look "bundled" on the label page, just the way two small items would appear as two line items with one shipping total.
I am guessing this is a normal occurence, but am uncomfortable since I've never in six years have anything show up this way. So I'll start with the heavier and more expensive listing and create a label for it. Where/how do I access the bundled listing a second time to get a new shipping label with a new tracking number. I do not want to have a 1 of 2, 2 of 2 situation because I feel that will leave me open to problems. I'd like each purchase to have a unique tracking number.

You can print more than one label for each sale. After the first label prints, you'll be given the option to print another. Each will have a unique tracking number.

The page where you print your label should have a link to "create another label for this shipment". It should also add that 2nd tracking number to your order page, and the customer will be able to view both tracking numbers as well, which is good. That way they know to expect more than one package.

Let me know if this works, as I have never tested it out. Go to each item's individual ended listing page. There should be a print shipping label option near the top of the page. This should allow you to print a label for each individual item. Again, I have never done this but I have a feeling that it will work.

So this seems odd to me. The price break out shows $43.20 paid by the buyer on one item. Second item shows zero shipping. Each item, in spite of 3 plates being on 1 listing, and 4 plates on the second, weighs 3-4 pounds. A 4 pound package to the buyer's zip should be $20.05 retail. To me it looks like she should have been charged $40.10, eBay charged her $43.20. So I thought maybe they picked this up as 8 pounds, rather than 4 + 4, but 8 pounds(and 7 dishes do not fit in one box) would be only $31.80. So is there some sort of an ongoing issue when eBay combines shipping??

Played with it some more $23.15 five pounds plus $20.05 four pounds equals the $43.20 she paid. Yet when I do a sell similar, each listing shows I input 4 pounds. Very confusing.

I just find the whole thing really freaky. It looks like both sales are on 1 tracking number until you click in, then you see each sale has two tracking numbers. Don't know what the heck happens if one box goes missing. I notated on my receipt which plates were on which tracking number. BTW, the heavier box weighed in at .5 oz less than 64oz/4 pounds. Sent it at the 5 pound rate since the buyer was charged for it and since for all I know it will weigh 64.5 instead of 63.5 on a postal scale.

You shouldn't have paid for five pounds.

"I am guessing this is a normal occurence" , You Would be guessing wrong, it is not normal and I had the same thing happen to me last week when a customer bought 2 seperate Christmas ornaments from me. Both were "BUNDLED" together under 1 single package. I have no idea why they are doing this?
