eBay on Facebook

I've posted a few times on the eBay Facebook page

I'm surprised at how fast they respond. . .

For those seeking advise or help Facebook might get you better results then posting here.

(PS: A little off topic but the Weekl Chat was locked before I could reply to your post on the about getting an OOS Strike if a 100% refund is issued AFTER delivery (with confirmation) ... no strike occurs, I know because I did this not too long ago.  No defect resulted in refunding the Buyer 100%, there was NO Resoltuion Center claim involved.  We messaged back andforth, I got some pics from them and it made sense to simply refund the whole enchelada)
