I have been getting this message when listing auctions for the same item. My original auction listing does already have bids so it isnt a duplicate. I called ebay and was told it is a technical issue and they would look into it.. We all know that could never happen. Is this problem just mine or is anyone else experiencing this? Thank you.

I see you have more than one presale item. Below is the link to that policy. All presale items must ship within 30 days from purchase, and there are some other rules for listing them as well that you currently appear to be in violation of.

Violating the presale policy is not good. It can also cause you to lose your item and your money.

For example:

A buyer could file an INR case as soon as you finally ship the item. Then mail gets delayed and it does not arrive before the case is escalated and you lose the case.

The pre-sale policy is there to protect buyers and sellers.

No one should be buying or selling anything on ebay that does not ship within 30 days of sale.
