eBay messaging not working

The eBay messaging system is not working

When I try to respond to a buyer's question, or send the buyers a question thru the contact buyer page, the message is sent but obviously not delivered

Must be an issue with the system

I don't see any other way to contact them

Please sen this out across all boards so eBay will see it

We cannot send it anywhere. My messages have been working fine. You might want to clean up your history and your browser. Ebay has not sent any notifications about an issue like yours.

How do you know if your message hasn’t been received? Is your buyer not responding?
If your buyer isn’t responding it doesn’t mean they haven’t received your message.

The messages appear to be sent or replied to but the buyers haven't responded at all

It is the same on the pc or the app on iphone

We have closed the browser several times and it doesn't make a difference

I guess if they figure it out maybe we will be able to commuicate
