What is this new eBay message stating that I can turn on their new eBay linking system?

Agh - now I cannot find where I saw it.  It was something to do with snipping by buyers and was called eBay's linking system.  By clicking here now you could activate it. ?  Thanks for the reply.  I should have copied the sentence I apologize.
