eBay keep giving false restrictions

Got a 3 day suspension and a policy violation for cancelling orders and selecting a false reason to avoid a defect. Both of these issues were addressed with eBay. All this stemmed by eBay glitches that deleted our rate tables which eBay also verified and therefore we cancelled for the right reasons as I do not ship for free to certain areas as my rate tables keep being deleted due to eBay's beta helix listing tool which they automatically opted us into. Appeal was granted on the 23rd, I served my 3 day suspension since the appeal came after my suspension and the 24th leadership informed me that if the rate table fallen off, keep cancelling the same way.

Now since the March 23rd until even today April 19th, the policy violation still show up on my seller help page under the policy tab. For some reason MSO agents cant see it and says that I have no active restriction or violation. They assured me that I don't have any policy violation.

Today, April 19th, i got hit with the same policy violation. And instead of reverting to a 3 day suspension, its the next level which is 7 days. If the 23rd violation was really removed and not counted against me, I am suppose to serve a 3 days suspension which I would need to appeal as stated by the leadership. The fact that it is stacking means all the bad things that happens when not in compliance was never removed. under their:

"Violation of the eBay User Agreement policy".

"Activity that doesn't follow eBay policy could result in a range of actions including for example: administratively ending or canceling listings, hiding or demoting all listings from search results, lowering seller rating, buying or selling restrictions, and account suspension".

This means for nearly the entire month, I probably dealt with my listing being demoted from the search results.

On the phone with eBay and they claim they removed the suspensions, yet no email confirmation as of yet and still no words when the policy violation would be scrubbed off my account. This is some **bleep**

eBay keep giving false restrictions

I hope the problem is resolved for you very soon! The helix listing tool appears to be the problem. Are you able to opt out of it?

eBay keep giving false restrictions

I've opted out around March 21st I believe. The first time we been suspended after it was determine that the beta helix is the caused. It gets worse. Speaking to other agents, it seems that the "classic" listing tool and the beta helix uses way different coding and that switching between the two (IE: opting out) can cause corruptions in the listings. They now recommend me to end all my listing and start over from scratch using the helix as in May, everyone is going to be converted to the helix tool.

On Friday, somehow my account was opt into business policies (I don't use business policies). I had a member of leadership on the phone and and he confirmed I opted out. Me and another coworker spent 6 hours putting back my rate table. Around 2:50 I call eBay to inform them I only have about 50-70 left to put back. We took our 10 minute break and at 3:15 we came back and lo and behold, I'm back into business policy. Called eBay and the leadership was shocked I'm somehow opt back in. Around 4:30 I opted out again. Came back Monday and I am opted in again....

So they removed the restrictions as stated before, but now they claim they are glitched out and cant remove the policy violation off my account. Tell me to wait 48 hours for possible fix.....
