Have this happened to anyone else?

If you offer "same day shipping", open any of your "active" listings and check on: Shipping and Delivery on right next to your main picture.

It seems like eBay is changing my cut-off time for same day shipping (1:00 PM Eastern) to 7:00 PM Eastern.
Right now is 1:23 PM at my location (Fort Lauderdale, FL) and eBay is offering:

"Ships today if paid within 5 hrs 37 mins (7:00 PM Eastern)" when not even the Post Office is open here. Still more I don't want to go to the Post Office these days. My carrier pass by everyday at 1:15 PM and pick up my items.
This have happened before several times and has been documented.
What is going to happen is my performance will be affected with a defect for not shipping on time and I don't want to be contacting Customer Service these days either.

Hmmmm, looks like you'll have to get cracking. Doesn't ebay still say that the seller is responsible for what is in the description/listing?

I don't do same day shipping, but can't you set your own cutoff times?

Yes. My cut-off time is 1:00 PM Eastern on my Shipping Preferences:

Set same business day handling times

1:00 PM Eastern Time(Monday - Friday)

but eBay is offering buyers same day shipping on my active listings, if paid before 4PM Pacific which is 7PM Eastern getting me in trouble since there no Post Office open at that time (closing at 5PM on my area), and I also have a pick up setting up at about 1:15-1:30 every day. I don't want to go to any crowded Post Office on these pandemic days anyway.
