eBay bulk edit tool does not work as intended

I just spent over an hour using the bulk edit feature to update prices on multiple listings, return policies, and pictures. The only changes that worked as intended was the price, the default pictures and return policy changes remain the same. I have to go back and manually do this. waste of time and really frustrating when the same can be done on other platforms in much less time.

I tried tonight for over an hour to bulk edit about 60 listings - tried twice and it did not take ANY of the changes.  What is going on with Bulk edit??

The new bulk editor has been really glitchy ever since they implemented it...
