I'm trying to get my account verified so that I can get my funds for an item I sold on eBay. I have supplied eBay both my valid SSN and a W-9 form and neither has worked. I started a chat with assistance who informed me that since my SSN was not working that I would need to provide an ITIN. The problem is that I am a US citizen, and thus obviously do not have an ITIN as I have an SSN to act as my TIN. I have tried supplying only my first name, first and middle name, different addresses, etc and eBay won't accept any of it. What do I need to do to get verified so I can get my money for a product I have already shipped days ago?
