When I change Payoneer to a business account and try to reconnect to ebay, I get an error message and cannot connect.
It has already been a month since I started the reconfiguration.
Customer is not responding with the same answers.
Can someone please help me solve this problem? Thank you in advance for your help.

You may need to call Payoneer, we do not use it here.

On the Payoneer side, the linkage is already done and it is an error on the ebay side.
However, ebay does not try to respond to this issue. I am really having a hard time.

When you opened your eBay account did you register as a personal or a business account?

You better learn about Payoneer because this is the board Sri Lanka uses. They list on eBay.com so this is where they go when they have a problem.
