I have a shoe sizing chart image in my product description hosted on an external site.
I now have a warning from eBay that they are going to remove the listing:
"• 3 of your listings contain(s) contact information such as a phone number, email address or weblinks, which is in violation of listing policies. Non-compliant listings will soon be blocked. "
Is this a new policy? How am I supposed to add images to the item description if they are not hosted externally and use the html code? When I search Google for how to add an image, they all say use an external site and put the html in the item description. Is that advice now wrong?
BTW, there are no phone numbers, email address's or weblinks in the description except for the image links.
Anyone have some insight?

Not a new policy!
Use these tools to find the listings that have an issue and then fix them.

You may have links buried in the source code of your description.

Simply take a picture of the shoe size chart and when you list an item just add that picture to your other pictures within the same listing.

You can display a PICTURE which is hosted off site. (All of mine are like that).
BUT
You CAN NOT type a clickable link that takes you to a picture outside of your listing. Although I do not believe that eBay has stated the objection quite this way (so as to not give any one any ideas):
If the link takes you to a picture on your own website then an astute buyer could simply look at the address in the browser field and from there access your web site directly which, in turn, would allow someone to buy from you by passing eBay.
@coolections had the right idea. Do that
