eBay Verified Returns

eBay needs to offer a service for verified returns.

Buyers would send the items to eBay and eBay would ship it to the seller.

It would stop the box of rocks or the empty box returns.

Sellers would choose if they wanted this service or not.

eBay could also offer a "prime" service to do so.

eBay Prime Returns for only $50 per year or something like that. . .

Do you have any idea how costly that would be?
