I have revamped my eBay store( 4000+ feedbacks) with 400 free listings but after the first 100, it says "reached limit".
Paid 19,50€ for it, but the 100 listings didn't even needed an eBay store...so what have I paid?

I can't see anything in your store, no listings. Perhaps they are not viewable because I am in the USA.
What type of limit did you reach? Was it the number of items? Perhaps a monetary amount?
I do know that if you have not been selling for a while, eBay may place limits on what you can list. eBay makes it like you are a new seller. The amount of feedback or longevity a seller has makes no difference.
The seller would have to contact eBay to inquire about increasing limits.

Hi, This is the discussion board for eBay users in the United States, where policies can be different, so you should also ask your question on a Euro board. But in this case, the policy is probably the same: Every seller has listing limits, and signing up for a Store subscription doesn't override those. Here's an explanation with a link that shows you your own limits:

Generally speaking, signing up for a subscription (eBay store) does not increase any selling limits that eBay has placed on your account. They will gladly take your money for the store fees, however. You will have to request your limits be increased.
