New to standard mailing envelope usage. I mailed out three trading cards today. When I printed out labels this morning it usually charges me right then and on the print label page it said purchase label but I still don’t have the charges deducted from pending payouts. Is this a delayed charge or are charges for these envelopes invoiced by eBay in anyway?
