We have applied to get approved for this program, but we are having problems with the rep in charge of approving us. We have sold refurbished products on eBay for 20 years., but now they are only allowing us to list them as used. He is declining our application saying "we do not meet the stringent requirements of the eBay Refurbished program." The requirements are so stringent that the first two sellers I looked up that are selling under this program do not meet the feedback requirement...maybe they are not so stringent. Anyway, he sends me a list of the requirements and I go through them and we meet all of them, so I write him back and point this out. His response was our item not as described was too high compared to the average in our category, but keep in mind it is still falls in line with the required amount. If you meet the guidelines, then you meet the guidelines. It doesn't matter if you meet them by a lot or a little, you still meet them. I have reached back out many times and I have called the rep many times, but he is just ghosting me at this point and not responding any longer. I have asked to have another person or supervisor review our application, but I'm being stonewalled with the no response. Any suggestions on how to get in touch with anyone else in that department? I have called the concierge number, but they have no idea how to get in touch with anyone in that department. Any suggestions are appreciated.
