eBay! Please Stop Sending Reminders!

Why does eBay send multiple reminders to ship an order that was canceled due to buyer's request!? The order has been refunded and deleted from my sold list.

I had a buyer requested cancellation a week or two ago and didn't get any shipping reminders. I'm not saying you didn't; with all of ebay's glitches, it doesn't surprise me that this would happen. It would be annoying.

I just wish I could make that non-transaction disappear from my list of feedback to leave.

Some of those reminders are 'sticky' - it'll probably drop off in a few more days.

This is due to an annual increase in system activity experienced during this period, which has caused processing delays.

Are you positive it actually canceled?  I've never rec'd a reminder on a canceled tx.
