eBay Labels/eBay shipping (FedEx) Broken..."Label could not be generated. You have not been charged"

I keep getting this error: "Label could not be generated. You have not been charged for this label".

I've tried using the bulk shipping tool, and also tried creating them one-by-one. Can eBay devs look into please fixing this?

     This is not customer support so the dev's are not likely to see your post but maybe a few others sellers will chime in if they are having issues. Are you trying to generate USPS labels or one for another shipping service like UPS? 

     Where are you shipping the item to domestic or international?

Sorry forgot to mention I'm trying to print using FedEx. I suppose I could switch everything to USPS or UPS and pay a fortune, but with what I sell FedEx is at least $6-7 cheaper per package. Still doing this error as of this morning.
