I've listed a handful of collectible card listings over $250 however, there is not authenticity guarantee showing up on my listings automatically. I've double checked all the fields are inputted correctly. The category is correct, etc.. I even tried calling into eBay phone support with no luck. They couldn't figure out what was causing it and was just overall not very knowledgeable.
Is there some setting I'm missing, or that I could check to make sure it's not off?
I see exact same copies of the cards I've listed eligible for Authenticity Guarantee so I know that's not the cause.
Any help is much appreciated!

I see 4 of your listings have the AG on them when I view your items and click the Authenticity Guarantee filter. How many should there be?

As a follow on to crazystuff4sale looking at all your current listings I only see 4 items that are listed over $250. Those include the following 4 items all have the authentication guarantee.

I'm having the same problem and I also see random cards of Non Sport all the way up to $10,000 not having the Ebay Authenticity Guarantee? If you do a quick search you will see hundreds/thousands of listings that are expensive enough to qualify yet they are missing the stamp of approval. Why? This hasn't been answered if this thread yet.

Same question I asked the OP:
I see 8 of your items have the AG. How many should there be?

There are exclusions in the TOS that would be specific to the buyer such as Items shipped to P.O. Boxes.
I don't know if that would affect the AG badge being showed on items when searching though.

Sometime sellers put them in the wrong category. That will cause it to not show AG badge too.

Once I omitted the word "TCG" from the title listing the AG badge was added to my item listed.

This problem is still happening. Changed to all kinds of titles and wiped the description. Checked the category. Everything is fine to have AG included in the listings...
Called Ebay, talked with verification department. They say it SHOULD have had an AG and they would call me back. Call back and they checked.... Everything is working fine.... **bleep** are you talking about? $2500 card sold to a buyer with only 19 feedback mostly from one seller... Fraudsters are circling on this issue right now. Lost after delivery and fake returns incoming...
Wake up Ebay!

i ran into the same issue and it was re-doing my title and ensuring it was in the right categories.
Words like "collection" "box" and even some symbols automatically made the item exempt from ebay guarantee.

It looks like your cards have a grading from CGC so that could be why there are not in the AG program?
Graded cards must be from the following graders only:
