eBay “Authenticators”

Anyone else been having problems with Sneakers being “Unverified”? Has picked up this last month, some of the authenticators have no clue how to tell real vs fake, I’ve had 10+ orders saying “unverified”, all items I sell are authentic, and a lot of the authenticators have no clue on what they are doing. Put them through tests! They need to be held accountable for losing sales for me, and wasting time. GOAT / StockX never have issues like this, they need to hire new authenticators.

I don't sell shoes nor have i used the program but it seems (by the posts on the boards) that the authenicity program for sneakers does have holes. (no pun) Many state that some of their shoes do not pass or fail. They say it is most likely not original.

Would you be able to share any screenshots (removing any item numbers and personal info)? I am curious how the official response looks like from them.
