duplicate listings

I am getting rather frequent Duplicate Listings on new listings via Seller Hub. At first, I thought it was myself being careless or something, but not today. I had a book to list, which is not something I do often. It was ready, but I had to wait another day for good pictures. So it remained in Drafts, done, sans pictures. Then I took pictures and added them, and listed today. I get a Duplicate Listing notice, saying two books were listed, two EXACT books were listed! And this in not the first time in the past month or so. What is going on? Anyone know? again, this book is unique and no way I duplicated it. Now, I am getting adverse to doing any more lisitngs until this glitch [perhaps] is soved or I understand what is going on. That is not good for me or EBay. I would hope they'd care enough to answer this....Any bets they will? [sarcastically].

@bobharrahSeeing as how you just posted this 3 times to the board.  I would say it is a problem with your browser.  So I would start by cleaning out your history etc on your browser.  Shut down your browser and try again.  I would do a througout clean of cookies history cached web pages.  See if this helps.

By they, are you referring to eBay thinking they will answer this?

I doubt if half of eBay's employees even know this community exists.

This is member-to-member forum, so ebay employees rarely interevene unless specifically called to do so.

But again, this issue seems to be with the OPs device/browser.

As there are now 3 duplicate postings, it very well may be.

I am having trouble with my items being listed as duplicates and I have to end the duplicate item manually.  Is Ebay charging me for the duplicate?

If you are ending the duplicate after it goes live, then yes either you are being charged the insertion fee or one of your free listings is used.

Can you edit the listing to another item instead of outright ending it?
