downsizing the store - impact on listings?

Dumb question  but important: If I downsize my Premium store to Starter or Basic, I do not lose any of my listings, right?

Just make sure you END listings before they roll-over, otherwise you may be unpleasantly surprised when you get your seller's invoice.
