double refund

Hi

I sold something on ebay, buyer paid but due to reluctant behaviour I requested to pay in cash and gave refund (It says on ebay - refunded). Buyer has never come to pick the item, no contact. I want to cancel transaction I need to do refund again. Can anyone help? Cheers
