Ok i know as a buyer i read the description, now as a seller i notice a lot don't read and place bids. But ebay is having a major problem with low rate buyers not paying and i find it frustrating. should i just block all low rate buyers? because they don't read the description to email first?

What is a "low rate buyer"?

As a seller you can add buyers to your BBL or block buyers with 2 or more unpaid items in 12 months.

You may be better off listing as Buy It Now with immediate payment and not allow offers.

"Low rate buyers"? Would that be buyers with low FB numbers?

If that's what you meant, there is no way to "block all low rate buyers".

Many sellers here report more issues with higher FB buyers.

And I trust that you know what to do with bidders who do not pay?
