As of yesterday we had 265 feedback on eBay id and a rating of 97.6%. We were happy that the feedback is coming on our account and we were trying to work fast. But when I have just opened my eBay account, the eBay removed the feedback from our account and gave 252 feedback. And gave a rating of 97.4%.
I do not understand what I am doing with us. ebay opens a case randomly, then closes the case after reporting. Due to mistakes of this, our account rating is also decreasing and feedback is also decreasing. ebay Always keeps the buyer's side, never listens to the seller. Due to the opening of the case of Buyer, our account went into the below stander. When we contacted the team, the ebay team closed the case but did not remove the below stander from our account. While the team of eBay and eBay had agreed that buyer what is the wrong case, our account was not removed from the below stander. We do not understand what you doing with our account I think that the ebay game is playing with our account.It is requested to improve our sales account if you do not improve our account then I have to take further action.
