Does Ebay has a Customer Service Representative or Ebay has a Chat Robot Customer Service?  The rep told me I cannot list more because I have reached my selling limit of $3,000.00 this month.  The fact is I sold less than $299.00 this month of February.  Another reason I cannot list more is that I have reached the number of items that I can list in one month which is 109 items. I have listed less than 10 items this  month and including my existing listing I have a total of 96 listings 13 short of 109.  I cannot even revise my existing listing because Ebay says I have reached my listing limit. My listing defects is more than 6 months ago and I have tried to correct them from now on.  Ebay is counting defects for the whole year.

Its normally the $$$$ sold + $$$$ listed = Your $$$$ limit.

From the seller hub, go to the monthly limits field & click request to list more. If they ask you questions for the reason, then respond back to their questions in for them to make a decision.

Good luck

Yes eBay counts defects for a whole rolling year.

Seller limits are $ amount or total item. It is not $3000 and 109 items. It is $3000 or 109 items.

The $3000 includes all listings not sold and just listed and sold.

It is March and the process starts all over again.

All items listed in March count as part of your limits. Even ended listings and relisted ones.

Lift your left leg at midnight to start off on the right foot. Happy new Year!
