crossposting

How do I get the crosspost icon (green arrows) to show up on my listings page? I would like to crosspost from eBay to List Perfectly.  I can't follow the tutorials because I don't have that icon.

Unfortunately eBay expressly prohibits links to web sites outside of eBay.

For the longest time I used to see links to pinterest, facebook, etc but they no longer show up on my listings.

Per eBay's policy:

Links in a description are only allowed for the following:

• Other eBay pages (eBay Messages, other eBay items, Stores pages, Follow Seller or Add to my Favorite Sellers)
• Product videos
• Freight shipping services approved by eBay
• Legally required information
• Credit for third-party providers

I've never heard of it either.  I suspect it's an icon in LP, that tells you whether or not it's avl to be cross-posted.  

Also, OP you may want to change the title, as cross-posting means something else on a message board.  Maybe call it "question about List Perfectly" or something like that.    Not sure if you can edit the title, but if not, I'd suggest starting another thread with that title, as the reference to cross-posting is confusing.  

ETA:  Also, I thought LP has support.  Can't you call them & ask?

I know you need to grant access to your Ebay store within your List Perfectly account. You also need to install List Perfectly's software.
