The best you can do is click the report button. Few buyers even read these post, so you are not reaching them. Even using the report button, chances of eBay doing anything are nil. There have been post on people that list their items on eBay's platform, and everything in the listings points and says to contact them to buy offline, they have been reported, but guess what..they are still selling!
