Some time ago I made my account a buyer then I changed it to a seller. But now it has changed back to a buyer account and now I want to change it to a seller so that I can work properly.

Can you clarify what is making you not work properly?

ebay has one account which you can buy and sell. The only main difference if you pay for a store you get more options. Other than that, both buying and selling are the same.

You might have more problems, saying you're shipping from Pakistan, when you're dropshipping from the US.

I suggest going back and reading any messages you have received from eBay. Because of the high number of accounts in Pakistan that have been restricted or closed by eBay for not following eBay drop ship rules yours may have been also restricted from selling. (Not saying this the case with your account but in general it is the case. We can't see what you may have listed if anything, before the current 90 days)
