Please help! all weekend been trying to contact eBay with a human.  I am having problems with 2 purchases with a customer. I can communicate with either. we are like in limbo...  please help

We need more info. There really is no reason to call CS as it can most likely be sorted out right here.  Are you the buyer or the seller ? What is the problem ?

If you give a brief description of your problem here, there are many members that can advise you.   They often give more accurate advice than you are going to get by the outsourced customer service reps you get on call back or chat.

You really don't want a phone talk. Those are subcontractors


The phone reps have a terrible reputation for getting you off the phone as soon as possible even if that means giving you the advice you want to hear instead of the advice you need to have.

The social media Chat accounts are covered by trained eBay employees with some authority.
And you get a transcript so you can compare what you heard with what you were told.

There are few enough humans at Ebay to interact with and most of them just run your questions through a filter or a ChatGPT like program and then kick out a generic canned response.  Same is true with customer service throughout the corporate universe.  Be more specific and you might get some answers here as how to move forward.  Or you can try posting your conundrum on Ebay for Business on Facebook.

Does this involve the two transactions for which you've left negative feedback?

If what you received was not as described, what you want to do is open an item not as described case, or cases, with eBay.  That has to be done within 30 days of receipt of the defective item.  After you have done that, you wait three days for a response from the seller.  No response or an unsatisfactory one? Then you ask eBay to step in so you can be refunded.

You do not need to contact anyone at eBay to make this happen.  The Money Back Guarantee for buyers assures you that you can be refunded.  Have you read it? Is this the very first time you've had an issue with a purchase?

Thank you, I will try to be more specific.  I will write it in a little bit thank you so much. this is the first time I have a problem.  My transaction are always smooth and fast.  Thanks Im working on it.
