Whoever came up with the "See Full Item Description" button should be fired.

Ebay - If it isn't brole, don't fix it. If you have people with nothing to do other than dream up stupid ways to p*** off users, downsize.

Hi, sorry, but I'm in the dark regarding the issue you're referring to. I've seen quite a few posts about this happening, so I know it's an issue for a lot of sellers. Can you give an example of when this occurs? Sorry to be so clueless, but I'm obviously missing something. I'd be grateful for the insight. Thanks so much!

It really is happening, it happened to me. I was in denial of this too, I admit. Clearing you cookies seems to get rid of it.

I don't doubt at all that it's happening. I'm just confused about exactly what it is that is happening because I guess I haven't yet experienced it. Does it happen when you try to view a listing?

Cleaning cookies, all cookies, will get rid of it. But as a seller most of your buyers don't know how to do it. I have already had one message from a buyer telling me that my description didn't give enough information and she didn't know if it would fit her machine. Well the full description had that information. Thanks eBay.

I started getting it last week. Now when I list I cram as much information into item specifics as I can using the "add custom" slots. Also put as much information into the item condition box.
